Cottage Rental
Bayfield Main Street, footsteps to beach, park, bars, shopping & dining! Historic cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated cottage with private fenced yard, perfect for that special family vacation. Minimum booking is 7 nights but please feel free to contact me if you require a different length of stay and we may be able to work something out. We have other guest accommodations coming soon that will be minimum 2 night stays and they will be posted here shortly.
Weekly Rate
$1950
Cottage Rental is only available for weekly bookings.
Additional Fees
Cleaning Fee - $100
Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $50
Refundable Security Deposit - $300
20% of total rent and security deposit due at confirmation of booking
Remaining amount owing due 15 days before check in
The Space
Lots of room and space to relax outside or in, & enjoy all that beautiful Bayfield has to offer. Blue-flag beaches, marina, wonderful dining options and fab shopping make this historically protected village worth the visit. From our family to yours, we welcome you to enjoy our quaint and cozy cottage!
Guest Access
When renting the Main Street Cottage you will have full run of house to yourselves and a private fenced backyard for kids and pets!
Interaction with Guests
Host lives next door and is available any time for questions or emergencies that may arise. Call or text any time.
House Rules
No smoking & no parties or events.
Maximum number of guests is 6, no additional overnight guests. No large gatherings or parties allowed.
House bath towels are not for beach use, please bring your own beach towels.
Other amenities include BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Fenced yard for pets.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm
Check out by 11:00am
Self check-in with front desk/door person
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300
Pets
Well behaved pets only, guests must always pick up after their own pets. Please no pets on furniture, guests are responsible for any and all damage done by their pet.
Confirmation of pet is subject to a $50 non-refundable fee.
Guest Suites
Located in the Heart of Bayfield, the guest house has separate suites accessible from your own private porch entrance. Each room features a lofted bedroom with queen bed, separate sitting area, private covered porch and large bathroom. Footsteps to beach, bars, dining and shopping, the guest house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all that beautiful Bayfield has to offer.
Nightly Rate
$160-210
Rates fluctuate depending on week or weekend bookings.
The Space
The Guest House comprises of 4 private rental suites with an owners apartment upstairs and two fully rented apartments on the main floor.
Please respect your neighbours and keep evening noise to a minimum.
Each suite has it's own private covered patio, but there is absolutely no smoking in the units or on the patios.
Backyard is for the quiet use of all guests.
No access to private main guest house areas.
Guest Access
No access to main guesthouse. Room has private entrance, porch, bedroom and sitting area.

Hosts/Owners live upstairs in the Guest House and are available any time for questions or emergencies that may arise. Call or text any time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
